Description of position
Our company has developed two very successful computer softwares for pharmaceutical companies and hair salons These systems have been used for more than ten years throughout Japan. The pharmaceutical system was developed in Osaka, and the hair salon system was developed in our Software Engineering (SE) department, here in Tokyo.

In 2009 we are launching three brand new systems and opening a new branch in Okinawa. As a growing company we looked for foreign programmers to be part of this growth. Our current foreign programmers play a big role in the the development of these new systems. This is the reason why we need somebody who will be able to communicate with both the foreign programmers as well as the Japanese programmers.

Required skills include, first and foremost, getting along with coworkers.

Details of the position:
　* Communication of customer needs to the System Engineers.
　* Planning of new business projects.
　* Providing customer oriented support.
　* Install and training on company products.
　* Checking system operations
　* Assisting sales staff

Although experience is preferred, motivation and willingness to work as a team is most important. We will support your skill improvement.


東京事務所では、既に外国人プログラマーが多く活躍しています。当社のオリジナルプログラムのうち、調剤薬局のシステムは、大阪で、美容室のシステムは東京で開発されてます。これらは、何れも１０年以上前から継続されております。そして、事業発展に伴い、２００９年度中に新たに３種類のシステムを開発することになりました。更に、外国からプログラマーを招聘すると同時に、日本人との間で通訳及びシステムを管理できる人を必要としています。気軽にご応募ください。

所属は、東京事務所の開発部で基本的に内勤となります。

＊顧客のニーズを開発部員へ伝達。
＊顧客の業界に対する新製品の企画。
＊顧客の立場に立ってサポートする。
＊顧客へのシステム納品・操作指導。

＊営業のアシスタント業務。
